Returns

Please note ALL swimwear must be returned unused, with original tags and linings. Any swimwear missing any of those items will not be approved for a refund. 

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately by emailing support@mulberrymuse.com. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you!
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online at MulberryMuse.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, handling, restocking fee, or other charges.   If you decide to receive store credit, you will not be subject to the restocking fee.  Please note that final sale items cannot be returned. 
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in their original packaging and original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  After request has been submitted, you will receive your RMA Number.  Please include the RMA Number on the outside of the package and ship back! Please return within 20 days of the authorized return date. (The date from when the return was authorized)  Shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund unless item was defective. You may drop off at your local USPS location. Items returned to us after the 20 days may be denied or be subjected to a restocking fee.

All packages received by Mulberry Muse without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure that packages are sent back via a traceable method and obtain a return tracking number from the carrier when sending back your item(s).
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

 

How to request a return:

1. Please email us at support@mulberrymuse.com with your intent to return.

2. Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number
Style number or description of the item you wish to return 
Reason for return (Fit, damage, etc.)
Comments (Optional)

And then ship your item back!
 
    Returns Processing:

    1. All returned items must be in original condition with original tags or the return will not be processed.

    2. If the item return is due to a misrepresentation, damage or the wrong item, Mulberry Muse will send a prepaid shipping label to you.

    3. Returning an item for any other reason will require you to pay for the return shipping.

    4. Once the item is received in the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt. 

    5. If your return is approved, then you will receive a refund or credit within 7-10 business days.

     

    Return Tips
    Processing your return can take up to 10 days so your patience is appreciated. 
    Always ship your item with a tracking number.


      Mulberry Muse/Web Clothing Texas, LLC reserves the right to deny any return if the original Mulberry Muse tags are not intact, the item or tags show signs of tampering or wear, or the item is shipped outside of the return policy window.
