Returns

 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.  Merchandise must have original tags and any security specific tags attached.  Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.  Any merchandise returned and not received in its original condition may result in a delayed refund, restocking fee, or denied.

Buyer is responsible for shipping unless item received was defective or damaged. After item is returned and inspected, buyer will be refunded for the item minus a 10% restocking fee.  If you receive store credit, you will not be charged a restocking fee.  You may use the shipping service of your choice. Items returned to us after the 30 days may be denied or be subjected to a higher restocking fee.

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately by emailing support@mulberrymuse.com. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you!

How to request a return:

  1. Please email us at support@mulberrymuse.com with your intent to return.
  2. Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number
Style number or description of the item you wish to return 
Reason for return (Fit, damage, etc.)
Comments (Optional)

  1. You will receive an RMA number. Please put the number on the outside of the package.

 And then ship your item back!

 

Return Tips

Processing your return can take up to 10 days so your patience is appreciated. 
Always ship your item with a tracking number.

Mulberry Muse/Web Clothing Texas, LLC reserves the right to deny any return if the original Mulberry Muse tags are not intact, the item or tags show signs of tampering or wear, or the item is shipped outside of the return policy window.
